Café Manson's menu is mostly gluten-free. We thicken our sauces with potato starch or rice flour and we make our own salt-free stocks - so we know what is in them and what isn't. 
Exceptions are marked with an "*" and substitutions are easily made.

Starters
Oyster Po Boy – Delicate oysters dusted in seasoned cornmeal then deep fried. Served with housemade aioli (eating raw or undercooked eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness) and toasted bun. 3.50 ea

6-Shrimp cocktail with chipoltle cocktail sauce 9.00

Shave Salad with thinly sliced radishes, carrots and lettuce. 7.00

Smoked Trout Plate – With Mama Lil's Peppers, house made bread and butter pickles, sour cream and Lucky Sage Bread 14.00

Bean and Prosciutto Soup – a mix of heirloom beans, greens and prosciutto 7.00

Main Courses
Chicken Molé- Hind quarter of chicken with a mild sauce of ground ancho, chocolate, coffee and pecans.   Buy & Bring: Hard Row to Hoe Burning Desire. 

Lamb and Beef Ragu  – Cinnamon scented lamb meatballs and pomegranate infused local beef in an heirloom tomato sauce over toasted *penne.  Buy & Bring: Tildio 2008 Profundo

Pan Roasted Catfish  – A fillet of catfish dusted in cornmeal and rice flour seared. Served over Peruano beans and garnished with cilantro-pecan-jalapeno pesto .   Buy & Bring: Nefarious Consequence.
